We are under constant surveillance as we move through the everyday milieu called public space. Some places are more watched than others. And some countries more paranoid about watching than others. It is a public service and safeguarding method. Sometimes we all feel like hovering up to the camera and asking them what they are looking at. And graffiti artist Banksy has just done that in his work above.
